What do I wear for my massage appointment?
Comfortable underwear or sports shorts. During the whole session you will be covered with a towel. Only the part of your body being worked on will be exposed.
What should I expect from my first treatment?
You will be expected to complete a client consultation outlining any medical conditions, doctor’s details, plus any contraindications. If you have any doubts prior to your treatment please consult your GP.
I am not a sports person – Will I still benefit from a massage treatment?
Yes! Each treatment is personal to the client; whether they are an athlete, an occasional runner or little or no exercise.
If you experience pain or soreness in the neck or shoulders from sitting at a desk, or long hours spent driving, massage will alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in your body’s soft tissue.
What do I need?
Room for a six foot long massage table and enough time to switch off for your massage, all in the comfort of your own home.
What are the costs?
£30.00 for 30 minutes
£50.00 for 60 minutes
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice could be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Gift vouchers are available on request.
