Welcome

I am a fully qualified massage and reflexologist therapist and have been practicing since 2006.

I initially trained in holistic massage at the Clare Maxwell-Hudson School in London where I gained an ITEC diploma before continuing my studies in Brighton with Sports massage where I gained an ITEC diploma in sports massage. In 2019/2020 I studied with the Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology gaining a City & Guilds diploma in Reflexology.

I am a member of the Complementary Therapist Association (CThA) and Association of Reflexologists (AoR) which is a regulatory body for the industry. I also have a DBS verified. I continue to evolve my knowledge with refresher courses to keep up to date.

I am a keen sports person with experience within the equine environment, as well as an interest in general fitness, I have also recently completed my first half marathon.
